Job Title: Architect

Responsibilities:
_To understand the design project
_To prepare, and develop where required, drawings, models, images and other documents relating to the design
_To assist where required in the co-ordination of the internal design team
_To take responsibility, where required by the project leader, for specific areas of the design and project development
_To liaise, where appropriate, with members of the external design team and other associated organisations or
  companies

Design / Industrial Designer

Job Title: Industrial Designer

Responsibilities:
_To work on industrial and furniture projects within the department and act as a consultant to the architectural and
  interiorsteams
_To prepare and develop from the brief, a design proposal and presentation by means of hand sketches, technical
  drawings,graphics, CAD models, working and presentation models
_To liaise with other external design teams and manufacturers and to oversee the construction and development of a
  project
_To take responsibility where required by the project leader for specific areas of the design and project development
_To assess the need for manufacture of a presentation model and to liaise with the modelshop in terms of time and
  material management. To work within the safety guidelines and provide support to others within the machine tool
  environment
_To review industrial design work as part of the internal review process
_To give support where needed to colleagues working on other projects within the industrial team
_To seek continual professional development within the design discipline
_Thorough knowledge of and compliance with Foster + Partners procedures and standards
_To contribute, or otherwise assist as required

Design / Graphic Designer

Job Title: Graphic Designer

Reporting to: Graphic Design Manager on a day to day basis and ultimately to the Head of Comminications
_The person will play a significant role woking on a wide and varid range of design applications. A passion for design
  and media installation is essential.

Responsibilities:
_To prepare and develop from the brief, a design proposal and presentation by means of hand sketches, technical
  drawings, graphics, CAD models, working and presentation models
_Work with internal design team to provide 2D graphic design/layout solutions, print presentations, on-screen/digital
  presentations, signage consultancyy, exhibition design and other graphic-related project work as required
_Create graphic solutions for internal presentations as well as for external competiton submissions
_Interpret designer's drawings and ideas to create comprehensive and elegant diagrams
_Ensure the correct implementation of the Miny Desigworks' graphic identity, applications and document templates
_Liaise with internal and external resources, and create/manage design projects for off-screen and on-screen applications
_To contribute, or otherwise assist as required
_Through knowledge of and compliance with Miny Designworks procedures and standards

Management / Project Manager

Job Title: Project Manager

Reporting to: Head of Management Group

Responsibilities:
_Commercial and contract management of a portfolio of potential projects and projects
_Review resourcing estimates and estimate build costs
_Commercial and contract management of a portfolio of potential projects and projects
_Calculate fees and prepare fee proposals
_Negotiate terms of appointments, sub-agreements etc
_Prepare claims for additional services/fees
_Manage disputes and potential claims
_Liaise with external advisors (legal, insurance, cost etc)
_Liaise with senior management from all design and support groups within the practice in relation to the various
  potential projects and projects, including providing advice on contractual arrangements, trade contractors,
  current marketsituation, commercial strategies, project programmes, design scopes, fees and payments
_Manage queries regarding appointments and contract administration including assisting in resolving any contractual
  issues that may arise
_Assist in the preparation of preliminary design and construction programmes and resource cost estimates
_Assist in maintaining compliance with project resourcing plans
_Contribute to the maintenance of records of the relevant details of all potential projects and projects, analysing the
  records and preparing reports on same
_Manage, train and mentor Assistant Project Managers
_Support business growth in key regions
