Miny Designworks was requested to design a futuristic smart office on the 150th floor of Burj Khalifa. The main purpose of the office is welcoming the VVIP quests around the world and we focused on the 'never seen in the world' experience. A customized and well organized experience which is smart and futuristic adds value in the space with the cutting edge technology. The floor with pressure sensor and IR (Infrared Ray) sensor will precisely track location of visitor. Interactive content made by Flash, Unity3D (Gaming engine) responds and interacts with visitors differently.

Realistic and dynamic experience is possible when walking between spaces through high definition video contents on the media wall and floor. Contents simultaneously play mysterious and luxurious atmosphere by adding effect of fantastic object in scene.
